With temperatures dropping rapidly outside (the Healthy Turtle was freezing his shell off on the walk to campus this morning) and Thanksgiving coming up next week, it's a good time to think about the less fortunate in our community. Right now, Eta Sigma Gamma is holding a Food and Clothing Drive for Community Ministries of Prince George's County, and will be dropping off items late Friday.
If you're in the giving mood, bring in canned and non-perishable food items as well as gently used clothing items and drop them off in one of the many conveniently located boxes in the SPH Building. You can find boxes in each departmental office and the Dean's office.
Remember, the drive wraps up Friday, so don't miss your change to help a needy family this Thanksgiving.
