Eta Sigma Gamma Raises $410 for Haiti Relief - and One Lucky Winner Takes Home a Netbook!

Eta Sigma Gamma (ESG), UMD's health education honorary, held its raffle for a Netbook computer and case (provided by an anonymous donor within the school) drawn at the "Breakfast with Mrs. Fridge" event last Wednesday. Those present helped with a makeshift drum roll as Gloria Friedgen, SPH coordinator of alumni affairs and outreach, drew the winning ticket - which belonged to Ms. Ginelle Jurlano, a second-year graduate student in the HSA department! Congrats, Ginelle, and thanks to everyone who bought tickets. We made $410 on the raffle and ALL proceeds will go to Doctors without Borders for Haiti Relief. Great job ESG members!
