Why and how did you start playing golf? My Grandfather got me started in golf. He played and loved the game, so I started going to the course with him and now I love it too. I started playing for fun when I was 10 and I have been playing competitively since I was 12.
How did you come to play golf at Maryland? I wanted the opportunity to play golf at a university that 1.was not too far from home, 2. played a competitive schedule (in the ACC!), and 3. allowed me to attend a school with great academics.
Any advice for those of us who are horrible at golf? Keep your head down and eye on the back of the ball. Haha! That's the generic answer it seems like everyone gives. But really I would say "Practice Makes Perfect!!"
What's one thing that interests you about your major? All the different opportunities that are available with a Kinesiology degree.
Why do you think people should fear the turtle?: I'm not really sure why anyone should fear the turtle.
